How do I make an order?
Browse the products on our site to find what you like. If you would like to purchase the product, select the amount you would like to order, and click “Add to Cart”. Continue shopping and adding products to your shopping cart. When you are ready, go to your cart to checkout.  After checking out, you will receive an email with PAYMENT  instructions.  Please follow the instructions to process the payment.  It’s as simple as that!
Once your payment is processed, you will receive an email letting you know that your order is complete. We ship out orders daily at 12PM (PST). You will receive another email around that time with your tracking number once shipped.
Is your site reliable and trustworthy?
The main reason we started our website was to make accessibility to magic mushroom related products as simple and convenient as possible for customers. We are huge advocates of mushrooms and their magical benefits, thus we wanted to make access to them as simple, convenient, and reliable as possible. Our company is very professional and reliable. Can I pick up my Order?
Unfortunately, all orders must be placed through our website and shipped to you via mail order at this time.
Can I modify/refund my order once it's been made?
If you’ve placed your order, you can cancel it as long as you have not made payment yet. If you’ve made payment and want to modify your order, please contact us and we’ll see what we can do.
Unfortunately, there is not much we can do once your order has shipped. Please contact us if you have any issues with your order and we’ll do our best to rectify the issue. Satisfied customers is our goal.

My tracking number does not appear to work?
If this happens, it’s likely because Australia Post has not updated their system to include your tracking number. Please check back on their website later.

What will my package look like?
Our Packaging is very discreet. No one can tell what the contents of the package are when the package arrives. All contents are packaged into a Shrooms & Edibles smell-proof mylar bag with heat seal. These contents are then shipped using a bubble mailer with no reference to our company or mushrooms.
